Oh my my...

Wishing Tracy Danner a happy birthday!  I'm sure AC is keeping her young!

Have you ever done something crazy?  Well, I do on a daily basis...  that be as it may, I continue to shoplift.  Yes, you read that right, shoplift.  As Britney says, "Oops, I did it again."  Saturday on a quick trip into Rite Aid, we all got what we needed and headed to check out.  I paid for everything (almost) and headed to the car.  As I was getting in and putting all my stuff on the console, I realized I walked out with the lipstick I went to get in the first place.  Grrrrr!  So, back in I go and thanked them for not calling the 5-0, bacon, fuzz, man, po-po, po-key, smokey, whoop-whoop on me.  Kinda hard to admit you walked out with something when you were escorted by your very own GBI agent (in uniform, I might add).  I'm thinking my not being able to remember anyone's name may be the least of Trace's problems.  Oh well, there is always tomorrow...

Score one for Trace in proving Matthew is truly my son.  Last night when I was getting the stuff out to make cupcakes (thanks to Melaine introducing me to another gadget) for our staff breakfast.  Matthew comes in to offer his help because "it makes the time go by faster".  I was thinking, awwww what a sweet boy I have... As he was breaking the eggs he says, "Oh yeah, Mama I have to take an American food idem to school tomorrow.  Sorry!  I forgot to tell you."  Hold up, what?  Tomorrow?  Didn't I just think what a sweet boy? This to a Mama already in her PJs (so no normal drive-thru and pickup) and one that doesn't like to cook.  As I am trying to get the steam up to yell (because all moms know you have to do that jUsT rIgHt), he says, "I'm sorry Mama.  I just forgot.  Just now, I thought you would be mad.  But you're not.  Well, you're not, right."  Okay, even I couldn't yell at him then.  Needless to say, my icing filled cupcakes traveled to GMS instead of FLE.  Besides, cupcakes evolved in the U.S., right?

As you can see, Matthew sure did enjoy eating, oh I mean, making the cupcakes.

As I close for now, just a quick snap of Matthew doing his thing...
